Craig Raberding, M.D.Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon

Craig Raberding, MD,is a board-eligible orthopedic surgeon who specializes in disorders of the hand and upper extremity. He has recently joined the Borgess Orthopedics team.

Dr. Raberding completed his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University, graduating magna cum laude. He followed this by earning his medical degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Raberding graduated with honors as Orthopedic Student of the Year and additional was inducted into the Gold Humanism Society. He then completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Toledo Medical Center and went on to complete his fellowship training in hand surgery at UPMC Hamot in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Raberding has a strong academic background. He has multiple published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented research at local, regional and national meetings. He has additionally been actively involved in resident education, presenting in an educational lecture series including ten different topics related to the hand and upper extremity.

Dr. Raberding is dedicated to providing the highest standards in care for all his patients. He strives to educate patients and their families about their respective conditions and injuries in a team-oriented mentality to achieve the best outcomes possible
